We are looking for a responsible, friendly and computer-savvy candidate to join our clinic team and help with front-office administration and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinic front-office and day-to-day administration.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow up when required.
• Handle phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Maintain confidential patient records and basic documentation.
• Use MS Word, Excel and Google Docs for routine office work.
• Create and post simple Instagram and YouTube content.
• Use Canva to prepare posters, Reels and social-media posts.
• Assist with video uploads, captions, thumbnails and hashtags.
• Handle Tamil and English typing and coordinate clinic activities.

Skills Required

• Good computer knowledge and basic office software skills.
• Basic Canva and social-media knowledge.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Friendly, professional and respectful patient interaction.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Previous clinic, administration or front-office experience is an advantage.

Eligibility

• Preferably residing in Velachery or nearby areas.
• Should be able to commute conveniently to the clinic.
• Freshers and middle-aged candidates with good skills may also apply.
